Customers purchase a quantity of
vouchers (minimum of 20 at £30 each).
Each voucher has a serial number to give it a unique identity.
When a repair is required simply telephone Isotech quoting
the printer type, nature of the fault and location of the
printer.
Two vouchers are needed for the call out and labour charge
for most monochrome desktop laser printers and four vouchers
for desktop colour laser printers.
The engineer will repair the printer and quote the voucher
serial numbers used on his report (a copy of which is left
with the customer). These numbers will then be regarded
as "used" and not valid for future repairs.
If spare parts are required the customer can have the option
of using additional vouchers to pay for the spares or generate
a separate purchase order as required.
When customers run out of vouchers another batch can be
purchased if required.

similar to full
maintenance contracts, "one off call outs do not
guarantee a response time.
• Paperwork is minimal once the original vouchers have been
