Repairs on customer site We carry out fixed price labour charge repairs to a whole host of printers, plotters and scanners. You will be quoted a fixed price call out and labour charge according to the make and model of the machine. An engineer will then visit your company to diagnose any faults and service the machine. If spare parts be required you will be quoted before they are fitted. If you require ongoing support after the repair is completed ask for a quote on a service contract .

All our repairs benefit from a 3 month warranty such that if the same fault re-occurs we will return and rectify the problem free of charge. Should parts have to be ordered and a second visit arranged there will be no additional labour charge. You just pay for the originally quoted price plus the cost of any parts (as previously quoted). There are no hidden charges whatsoever. If we are unable to diagnose the fault with your machine and therefore unable to repair it - no charges will apply!
