The Person

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to manage and maintain a portfolio of mid-sized business clients.
The ideal candidate should have a Strong technical background.
Experience working on the following Brand names: Konica Minolta, Konica, Minolta, Ricoh, Toshiba, Sharp, Nashua, Kyocera, Oki, Brother and HP with sound knowledge of copiers, b/w and colour, scanners and printers.
The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years experience in the photocopy industry. , come from or will possess at least a HND qualification. He / She must be able to co-ordinate and manage multiple customers and job sheets.

The Role - Field Service Engineer

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a position based in the field which will enable you to demonstrate your talents and play a pivotal role as part of the Service and Maintenance Team. Working together with the Operations Manager you will operate within this fast paced operation in an efficient and cost effective manner to ensure that the company meets and exceeds Customer Service, Quality, Safety and maintenance targets. This opportunity is ideal for an accomplished experienced engineer with a Minimum HND Qualification and 3 years photocopy industry experience, and be looking to develop their career in a fast paced, exciting and highly successful organization.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 3 years as a photocopy engineer. Your ability to prioritize will be key, as will a good eye for detail. Self-motivated and confident, you must have a flexible and persistent approach to problem solving and thrive on the challenge of achieving results. This organization has an entrepreneurial culture, where you will be encouraged to challenge current thinking, have ideas, and really make a difference. With a customer base that includes large accounts, medium accounts and small business accounts, there is a constant pressure to stay 'ahead of the game' and certainly no room for complacency. You will demonstrate initiative and be highly self motivated.

The salary would be in the region of £20,000 to £24,000 per annum +car, mobile and laptop.
