Maintenance Contracts
Our service agreements are written in plain
English and have no hidden surprises at all.
We simply ask that you commit to a minimum period of 12 months cover and then
you may
terminate you agreement at any time with 3 months notice.
Our agreements will benefit you in the following ways:
Guaranteed response time
(4 or 8 hour)
90% first time fix rate
(repeat visits to remedy malfunction are rare)
Loan Machines available
Out of hours cover available on request
2 free preventative maintenance visits per year
included
Free pre-contract inspection
Your service agreement will cover you for as many call
outs per year as required to remedy
malfunction of the machine assuming it is being used in a manner consistent with
the
manufacturers specification. There will be no additional charges for parts
unless they are
deemed to be consumable items or regular operator replaceable items.
The contract does not cover damage caused by misuse of the machine.
